Parkour high-impact flooring, also known as parkour mats 43mm thick or parkour crash pads, are a specialized type of flooring designed to provide cushioning and protection  during high-impact movements and landings in Parkour and Calisthenics. Both Parkour and Calisthenics involves running, jumping, climbing as well as other acrobatic movements, and safety is key to ensure the body is protected from injury.
